Al fassia is unique, it blends traditional charm with five-star service so well! i knew i was in for something special (it really felt magical!). i spent my days chilling by the pool. Yes, it's heated, and it was totally warm enough for a swim even in december! i felt completely pampered, and the staff made sure nothing was too much to ask.
the hotel is a little outside the main part of town. it's about a 15-minute taxi ride to the medina, just something to keep in mind when planning trips.

my beautiful double room was spacious and comfortable. i enjoyed lovely views of the gardens. i even got fresh fruit and moroccan sweets delivered each week. the room was super clean, thanks to the wonderful cleaning ladies.

the staff is super friendly and always eager to help with anything. i used the laundry service, it worked great, and room service was always quick, even for early morning trips. narkis, younes, momu, and zineb at reception are genuinely interested and cute.

it is a short and safe walk to a good shopping mall and some cafes. there are also two atms nearby, super useful. the wifi works great in all hotel areas, even out in the gardens.

The hotel itself is gorgeous, especially the gardens, they are beautifully lit at night. i had a hammam and massage. The ladies who did the treatments were professional and funny. food is served all day until 5 pm around the pool or in the lounge.

The staff were very attentive around the pool area. I also found the breakfast to be plentiful, and it was served poolside. I especially enjoyed starting my day in such a tranquil setting. The grounds are beautiful, with lots of greenery.
The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions. Taxis were necessary to get to the Medina, so transportation required planning. The road nearby created some noise.

The room was very big, I could relax in my own space. They gave me fresh fruit and sweets in my room every week. The cleaning was super clean every day. I used the laundry service also and it was fast!
The hotel exist outside of town a bit, it take 15 min with taxi to Medina.

Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. It included pancakes, bread, fresh fruit, and eggs done how you like. The restaurant offers amazing food, and the prices are reasonable.

The staff did everything well, and they were very friendly. Hammid, Imrad, Hammza, and Youseff gave me fresh towels near the pool. Narkis, Younes, Momu and Zineb are cute in reception.

a fine stay, despite some issues

the staff where very attentive at breakfast. i enjoyed the fresh fruit they served daily. the pool area was clean. i especially enjoyed relaxing near it after a long day.
i found that the noise level was high. there where a lot of sounds from the nearby airport. i also felt the location was a bit remote, therefore i needed to use taxis to get anywhere.
