Acceptable Location, Noticeable Shortcomings
small room no elevator
The location of this hotel is really useful. It made getting around on foot easy.
The room I got was smaller than I expected. I could barely move around the bed, and there was no lift making it hard to get to the fourth floor with my luggage. The price I paid did not match the room size or the climb.

generally solid stay
great breakfast central location available desk beautiful garden small room few outlets missing tea caddy
the location was definitely a highlight , situated perfectly between two lovely gardens. i could easily walk to grafton street right across the park. plus , i really appreciated that someone was always at the front desk, it felt secure. the breakfast was a nice treat too.
however , i did notice the room was rather small. finding an outlet was a mini quest , forcing me to put the kettle on the floor. i also missed having a night table next to the bed , such a small inconvenience. the absence of a tea caddy was noticeable too , especially in such a compact space.

kind staff lovely garden
the location was really good. the staff was kind, and they made sure my bag got to the room. i loved the back garden too!

convenient location helpful staff chocolate gift comfy beds
I found a convenient location near St Stephen's Green. The staff gave helpful dinner recommendations and were friendly. A welcome gift of chocolate was a nice touch. The beds gave me a comfy sleep.
My room felt warm overnight. I wish it had been cooler .

great location tasty breakfast air conditioning portable fan
The hotel location is fantastic, right across from a beautiful park. I enjoyed a tasty breakfast overlooking it. It was PERFECT for exploring the city center. I walked everywhere.
The room lacked air conditioning. The windows didn't open. A SMALL portable fan was available, but it didn't work very well.
