unclean curtainscracked tiles
I found a couple of issues . The curtains in the room seemed unclean and could use a refresh. some of the bathroom fixtures needed maintenance. I noticed some cracked tiles on the floor (a minor detail, but still noticeable).

the location is convenient near Heuston station and the phoenix park. the staff offered very helpful service.. i especially appreciated the luggage hold area for early arrivals and late departures.
the bed felt a bit firm for my comfort.
