i appreciated the smooth check-in process! the staff efficiently handled my arrival. i loved the complimentary water, tea, and coffee available in my room. the river view was really amazing too.
the light switches were a little confusing. i had to search for them each time to turn the lights on. it wasn't a major issue, but it could be more convenient.

The breakfast had everything I needed. The staff made it more enjoyable through their attentiveness. Eleuton Alvares ensured my needs were met. He is a credit to the hotel. My room was spacious and very clean.
I could hear doors slamming late in the evening. Doors also slammed early in the morning.
