Central Location with Great Amenities
central location varied breakfast stocked kitchen
The location was excellent. I was able to easily walk to several museums and restaurants. Breakfast offered a good range of choices and the staff were always cute. The fully stocked kitchen in my room was a definite plus. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The elevator was under repair , SO I had to use the stairs a few times.

My Studio Suite included a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The room also featured a modern bathroom with a spacious shower. I found the layout very functional. The cleanliness was perfect. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the space.

The breakfast area provided a variety of options including hot dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit (I enjoyed the coffee!). 24-hour tea and coffee were available, very convenient. The hotel offered a happy hour with drinks and snacks three times a week.

The hotel provided complimentary washing machines and dryers for guest use. High-speed WiFi was available throughout the building. It allowed me to work without interruption. There was also on-site parking, though space was limited, I think.

The hotel is situated near many restaurants, museums, and shops. A tram stop located across from the hotel offered direct connections to train stations. The position made it easy to access many different parts of the city.

the breakfast had many options it was a nice start to the day. the room was spacious it had comfortable bed and pillows. the staff were friendly they were always ready to assist.
the elevator was under repair i had to use the stairs. soap was not refilled after i requested it multiple times. there was no housekeeping service on the weekend i needed fresh towels.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciated the availability of laundry facilities. Hot drinks and mineral water were accessible 24 hours a day (a nice touch after a long day).
The elevator was under repair . I had to use the stairs frequently.

I found the location really good.. it was an easy walk from the central train station. Restaurants, shops, and attractions are all nearby. I especially liked the kitchenette. The breakfast was also very good.
The elevator was occasionally out of service. I had to use the stairs.
