cold room icy floor
the room was quite cold . i found out the heating was centrally controlled. it was not adjustable from within the room , made it hard to get comfortable. i also noticed the floor felt icy.

decent location , room cleanliness ISSUES
dirty floor strange reception
the location was convenient , close to many shops. my room was on the second floor. UNFORTUNATELY , the cleanliness was disappointing. the floor was quite dirty , and my socks quickly turned grey. i also found the reception being on the fourth floor a little strange.

sewage hallway stained carpets
The woman checking me in wasn't all that helpful really. another guest was getting a proper rundown of the hotel and its perks. when i gave my name, this woman just demanded my passport and didn't bother telling me anything about the place. I had to trek through a hallway that smelled like sewage to get to my room. stained carpets added a special touch. I must say.
