This hotel has an excellent location, very close to the Christmas market. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed in my room was super comfy. I slept well. I especially liked the butterfly wall. It was a fun design element.

i was so happy about the service! it was always very responsive and kind. the premium queen room city view was fine. it offered a beautiful space with many amenities i was looking for. i found the coffee machine very practical. also the mini fridge was very handy.

there was a small glitch. the temperature was really hard to regulate in the room! it got warm a lot, and it was uncomfortable. my check-in experience was a little slow too. i had to wait about half an hour. the breakfast was not very extensive.

this hotel has a tv set that stream well. the inner yard is very charming. i liked the weekend market just around the corner. the room has spacious with good amenities.

i found one towel with a stain. it was disgusting. bedding smelled musty, it was stored away for too long. the ac was manually switched off whenever i left the room.

I found no slippers upon check-in. Housekeeping said none were available. I also noted a stained towel. The bedding smelled musty too.
