Absolutely Fantastic Apartment Stay!
lovely surprise ample space
The apartment upgrade was such a lovely surprise. It provided ample space. Cooking was easy because there were great cooking facilities and even a washing machine. Staff held luggage securely before check-in, a real plus. I felt happy with my hotel choice.
The kitchen supplies felt a little outdated, and there were limited towels provided. the dining table was too small. Even two people could find it cramped. I think a refresh of supplies would enhance the stay.

The self-catering apartment has adequate cooking facilities. I used the cooking utensils and appliances to prepare lovely dinners, and the nearby supermarket made grocery shopping simple. It was very convenient.

The hotel is easily walkable to various attractions. There are also bus routes right outside. Navigation is simple. A coffee spot around the corner was fantastic.

The apartment had all the features I wanted! A separate bedroom and lounge offered space, and there was lots of storage. Having a washing machine and drying rack was so useful!

Excellent Apartment Experience
equipped kitchen quiet location
My stay featured a fully equipped kitchen. It included all necessary utensils. The location was quiet at night, a definite plus. I found the apartment spacious. It worked well for my travel needs. The bed was comfy even though it was two singles pushed together.

Reception staff gave my son a little activity check-in bag. It had crayons and stickers. The staff was super friendly. It was easy to ask for help. I was very pleased with the service I received from everyone.

The apartment was BEAUTIFUL!!! Everything was very comfy and tidy. It. I had no idea how big it would be. I even realized it had its own kitchen and living room area separate from the bedroom.

improper installation bathroom floor
the receptionist allowed us to park early, and that was acceptable.
The bathroom reminded me of a wet room. IT had not been installed properly. Water from the shower moved to the rest of the bathroom. It did not drain away. The entire floor was a pool, and that was a hazard.

Superb Apartment Experience
blackout curtains spacious apartment tasteful decoration
I appreciated the blackout curtains. They were very welcome! The apartment was spacious and it was tastefully decorated. I found there were lots of power points available, though the kitchen equipment could have been more extensive.

excellent apartment stay
comfortable bed modern kitchen consistent temperature friendly staff
the apartment had essentials like ovens and stoves. a washer and dishwasher were available for use. the toilet was roomy, made moving around easy. the bed was very comfortable. the temperature control in the shower was consistent, so i did not need to adjust it. the staff were really friendly, helpful, and very efficient.
the hotel was very warm when i arrived. the floor to ceiling windows open fully, not ideal.

friendly staff upgraded room spacious feel air conditioning mediocre finish difficult access
i found the staff to be quite friendly. they upgraded our room. the aparthotel had a very spacious feel. i also appreciated that it was clean.
the apartment felt too warm on summer days. it lacked air conditioning. the finishes seemed quite mediocre. the closet was difficult to access. you had to move the beds.
