a treasure found
sweet surprise helpful staff ideal location
The complimentary pantry was a sweet surprise. Coffee and snacks were always available (such a nice touch after a day exploring). i also appreciated the staff's help with restaurant recommendations, every place they suggested was a true delight. the location proved ideal, i found it easy to reach many landmarks with public transport. the bus stop near the hotel made travel seamless.
i noticed the decor in some areas looked slightly worn, however i understand a refurbishment is planned, i hope that helps

the hotel offered a complimentary pantry with coffee, tea, and snacks available throughout the day, a wonderful bonus. nearby cafes provided great options for breakfast and light meals. the staff recommended several excellent restaurants for dinner.

the hotel had complimentary tea and coffee available , very nice. the premises included parking, a great amenity (saves time searching for a space). wi-fi access was available, keeping me connected.

the location had convenient access to public transportation. the hotel was close to nearby shops and restaurants, a definite plus. major attractions were also reasonably accessible, either by bus or short walk.

clean room working lift cool linen
The room was very clean. It featured a working lift. The bed had nice soft cool linen, I found that quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The location required a bit of walking.

a fine stay, but with some issues
good location breakfast variety friendly staff broken television thin wall furniture dust
the location was good for seeing the sights. the breakfast had a lot of variety, i loved those sausages. staff was friendly when i arrived, and it was quick. i did find the room to be quiet, a major plus for me.
my tv didn't work and no one fixed it, big problem. the walls are really thin, i could hear everything from other rooms. cleanliness in the room wasnt great, i saw some dust under furniture.

unpleasant mattress disruptive noise
The hotel offered complimentary snacks and drinks. This pantry was a welcome amenity.
The cleanliness was not satisfactory. I found the mattress and pillows to be quite unpleasant. The noise level was also disruptive. Sounds from other guests were easily audible at night and in the mornings.
