convenient locationdark common areaunfriendly staff
the hotel location was convenient, it was near the pier head.
the common areas looked dark and gloomy. i was keen to get something to eat, but it became apparent that no food would be forthcoming. breakfast was ok, but the staff seemed like they tolerated guests.
