The room was clean and tidy. I found the continental breakfast very good, with a fresh fruit selection. It offered plenty of choice with cereals, bread, and jams. The guesthouse location is very close to the coastal footpath, ideal for walking. The nearby golf course caters to those who enjoy walking after a little white ball.

The signage outside was not clear, I nearly missed the entrance!!! I was not greeted upon arrival. The self-service breakfast felt very basic and lacked variety. I really missed having someone to ask for local tips or just a friendly chat.

i booked the beautiful double room shower. the room was very clean and modern. parking on site was easy, at the side of the house. the continental breakfast was very good, with individual bowls of fresh fruit including strawberries and blueberries.

there was no one to welcome me. the key was left in the porch for collection. when i asked for more coffee, the staff seemed annoyed. it felt unwelcoming.

the ROOM was cold the heating did not seem to work. i COULDN'T find any information on how to adjust it. the SHOWER temperature was fluctuating wildly it made showering uncomfortable.

the room was a good size and very comfortable. the ensuite was a decent size, with an excellent shower. the house kept many period features like the beautiful bannister and interior doors. it has been brought up to a very high modern standard in terms of decor and fitments.
i was told butter was on the table. after advising the lady we had used it, an audible eye roll followed. eventually some extra butter was provided begrudgingly.

The room was spacious. it had secondary glazing. the large tv kept my husband entertained with its sharp image quality. The room included facecloths with the towels.
