Superb food and great staff!
class scones friendly staff
The breakfast was excellent. The morning scones were class! The staff were friendly on check in. They also were friendly on check out.
I was locked out for a while! This had clearly not been the first time.

It is a very short drive from the harbour gate. The location offers a great village to explore. It is removed from the hustle and bustle.

hit or miss, really
slow drain limited hours
the shower drain was ridiculously slow. i stood in ankle-deep water every morning, certainly not refreshing. also, the limited dinner hours were a pain. last orders at 7:45 pm? really? it felt more like a curfew than a convenient dining option.

Underwhelming stay. Questionable cleanliness.
dog hair careful check
the included breakfast was acceptable and had a decent variety.
i was really let down by the dog hair all over one of the chairs in my room! since i have a pet allergy, it was not a great start. staff did remove the chair, but the room should have been checked more carefully beforehand. i thought only one room was allocated for dogs, but that was apparently not the case.
