I appreciated the on-site laundry facilities. This made it easier to manage our clothes. The breakfast included hot items like tater tots and eggs. The front desk staff was very helpful, including Klara, who offered excellent customer service.
The room temperature was difficult to adjust. I needed help from the front desk to regulate it.

the staff provided excellent service and were helpful with local suggestions.
I was disappointed with the room. There was a crack in the wall behind the bathtub.. the faucet was loose, and the soap dish in the bathroom was uneven and gross due to water damage. also, i found a significant gap when the bathroom door was closed completely, compromising privacy.
