mixed feelings about this hotel
convenient shuttle service poor soundproofing
the shuttle service was convenient. it helped in getting around (at least).
I found the soundproofing to be quite poor. I heard corridor noise late into the night and early in the morning. it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. i suspect other rooms might be better.

helpful staff easy check-in front desk limited shuttle early shuttle free breakfast
The staff were cute and helpful. This made checking in easy. the front desk explained the amenities, and i had answers to my questions. they made sure our rooms were next to each other, which worked well for our group.
The hotel advertised a free shuttle to sorrento. it only fits six people, though, and filled up quickly. the last return shuttle from sorrento is at 6:30 pm. Most restaurants start dinner service later.

the hotel offered a shuttle bus service to sorrento.
Dinner options were quite limited. The vegetarian and fish selections lacked variety. I found this disappointing.
