The room was definitely amazing, and bigger than I had expected (a great surprise!). It was super clean, and the air-con worked perfectly. I found the location ideal. It was away from the main noise yet close enough to walk or take a short ride to main attractions.
The hotel shows some signs of age. Some areas could use a small refresh, but it didn't detract significantly from my stay.

The staff provided a warm welcome and remained helpful throughout my visit. They were always available to assist with any questions, and the on-site taxi service proved to be convenient. The team's attentiveness enhanced the experience.

The room had plenty of wardrobe space. Power points and bed lights were exactly where needed. The jacuzzi was awesome, and the bathroom was very comfortable (I wish I could have stayed longer!).

the staff were helpful and cute. bedrooms were very clean. i found many shops located nearby. i was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi upon arrival (this was a pleasant surprise). it was easy to get to kao san road from here with all its street food outlets.
the hotel did not offer laundry service. i had to go to a laundromat to do mine.

the beautiful double room was bigger than expected. the air conditioning provided a welcome respite at the end of the day. the bed was comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean.

the rooftop pool allowed me to slowly acclimatise. i enjoyed the friendly ambience. the breakfast buffet included fresh items. there was a good variety of western and thai food (especially the pancakes!).

the staff are wonderfully friendly. they are not overbearing. the breakfast dining room staff doesn't speak english too well. they are very helpful anyway and you can find your way around easily.

the staff helped me find perfect souvenirs. i found a delicious mango sticky rice nearby, and its sweetness mirrored my delight. the rooftop pool was a calm blue dream and it. i appreciated the fresh towels provided at the pool area after each swim.
i found the gym a little small and i needed to wait once to use treadmill which cut into my workout.

The hotel location is excellent, near Khao San Road. The hotel staff were friendly, cute, and accommodating. Check-in was smooth.
I travelled with friends, and we got rooms on different floors. Some room balconies needed climbing over a wall for access.
