Acceptable stay, but some issues noticed

bathroom privacy strong smell

The bathroom setup caused some concern. It lacked a proper wall and only had a curtain for privacy. This was not ideal. The bed was hard. I found it really UNCOMFORTABLE. I also noticed a strong sewage smell throughout my stay. It was unpleasant.

Fantastic Stay, I'll Be Back!

super clean room perfect air-con ideal location

The room was definitely amazing, and bigger than I had expected (a great surprise!). It was super clean, and the air-con worked perfectly. I found the location ideal. It was away from the main noise yet close enough to walk or take a short ride to main attractions.

The hotel shows some signs of age. Some areas could use a small refresh, but it didn't detract significantly from my stay.

Service

9/10

The staff provided a warm welcome and remained helpful throughout my visit. They were always available to assist with any questions, and the on-site taxi service proved to be convenient. The team's attentiveness enhanced the experience.

Rooms

10/10

The room had plenty of wardrobe space. Power points and bed lights were exactly where needed. The jacuzzi was awesome, and the bathroom was very comfortable (I wish I could have stayed longer!).

Location

9/10

This hotel is in a great area with casual restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It allowed for easy access to meals and refreshments. Plus, its proximity to key attractions simplified getting around the city.

Facilities

9/10

The rooftop infinity pool offers a relaxing place to unwind, with views overlooking the area. I also appreciated the gym, which allowed me to maintain my workout routine during the trip. Everything was clean and well kept.

excellent location friendly staff different floors strange balcony

The hotel location is excellent, near Khao San Road. The hotel staff were friendly, cute, and accommodating. Check-in was smooth.

I travelled with friends, and we got rooms on different floors. Some room balconies needed climbing over a wall for access.
