polite staff convenient amenities missing sign intimidating drive

I stayed there recently, from November to December 2024. The staff were always polite and attentive. I really enjoyed the convenient amenities such as a nearby store. The staff were always smiling.

The room had no 'Do Not Disturb' sign. This made sleeping difficult without interruptions. I also noticed the drive up to the entrance looks a bit intimidating the first time.
