solid choice for city stay
touch panel good selection enjoyable stay
the room had touch panel controls. breakfast had a good selection of items. Crystal and her teammates. i would visit again because everything was clean.
the hotel offers standard rooms. there is minimal recognition for status members. vegetarian food is also limited. there is no lounge.

attentive staff room surprise panoramic views really good experience
I found the staff attentive. Katie made our anniversary really good. She arranged a room surprise with cupcakes and photo opportunities. This made our day. Our 20th-floor room offered fine panoramic views.. it was spacious and clear. It stands out as the best hotel experience on this trip.
I found the hotel's train proximity a minor issue. The early morning noise sometimes interrupted sleep.

Okay stay with some issues
dirty equipment small pool
The gym was a letdown. Staff never acknowledged anyone, despite being present. The equipment was dirty. I had to clean sweat off before using it. The pool was small and crowded, so I couldn't relax at ALL. The waitress warned my food MIGHT not be hot when served.
