I found the staff attentive. Katie made our anniversary really good. She arranged a room surprise with cupcakes and photo opportunities. This made our day. Our 20th-floor room offered fine panoramic views.. it was spacious and clear. It stands out as the best hotel experience on this trip.
I found the hotel's train proximity a minor issue. The early morning noise sometimes interrupted sleep.

Okay stay with some issues
dirty equipmentsmall pool
The gym was a letdown. Staff never acknowledged anyone, despite being present. The equipment was dirty. I had to clean sweat off before using it. The pool was small and crowded, so I couldn't relax at ALL. The waitress warned my food MIGHT not be hot when served.
