adequate stay with some drawbacks
sound proof room
the hotel is near the bts station, a convenient way to travel around..
The room i booked was not soundproof. I could hear street traffic, corridor noise, and conversations from neighboring rooms, it was not conducive to a restful night.

great location friendly reception comfortable bed wonderful housekeeping
The hotel is near praya thai city line and bts sukumvit line. It's very easy for transportation. porters greeted us upon arrival, they helped with suitcases. bim, at reception, was wonderful and friendly. we asked for early check in and the process was quick. the housekeeping lady was wonderful, and they replenished everything in the fridge everyday.

i found the staff generous. the location is great, convenient to access the city (transport links are good). the front desk staff member, glory, addressed needs and offered solutions. i appreciated ben's hosting and the hotel's fusion of traditional and modern elements.
the gym equipment looked quite old and a bit rusty.
