main restaurant pizzeria pizza wonderful sea
Lofty at the main restaurant makes every meal a pleasure. His service really made a difference. The pizzas made at the pizzeria were especially delicious. Pools and the sea are wonderful.

Really good Staff and Cleanliness

The staff were attentive. Our room overlooked the sea, providing amazing views of the sunrise. The rooms and bathrooms looked modern and well maintained. Air-conditioning worked effectively.
The gym's hours were not very convenient. It would be beneficial if the gym could open earlier, nice for more flexible workout times. This would greatly improve the experience wanting to exercise before other activities.

The grounds had wall murals, well-kept gardens and sea views. Heated pools were also available. The grounds offered enough space for walking.

the grounds were lush with blooming plants. i particularly appreciated the well kept gardens. the food was AMAZING!!! there was always a wide selection.

i appreciated how the hotel maintained cleanliness. the staff showed care and gave good service. pool staff was professional, especially Mohamed Ali near the North 38 pool. he gave help and always had a smile.

the beach was within walking distance from the room. a bus also runs every 15 minutes. it goes all around the complex and provides convenience. this made accessing amenities easier.
