Amazing Stay!!!

The room was cleaned daily, providing fresh linens and towels. The cleaners even left surprise towel sculptures each evening, a REALLY nice touch! I enjoyed the pool area. A private beach is available, and it had lots going on to keep everyone entertained.
The food quality was generally average. The menu options were similar each day, and variety was limited. I think improvements to the food offerings would elevate the overall experience.

The chef, Alwani Harfoush, greeted us with a smile and offered delicious dishes. It felt special. In the main restaurant, Mohammed was helpful. The Italian restaurant also had a great Mohammed.

The grounds are immaculate, with lawns and flowering shrubs. The gardeners did a great job! You can find shops and a pharmacy on site selling clothes, souvenirs, and food. It is not necessary to leave the resort for essentials.

There is access to a water park. It costs $10 per person per day. The slides are fun! A great atmosphere makes it easy to enjoy the day there.

The hotel offers a clean room. I found the excellent wifi useful (I was able to work a bit).
Service in the main restaurant was disappointing. Staff cleared tables without acknowledging guests and blocking walkways (it seemed like a canteen).
