high-quality food varied food fresh juice
the food was high quality. many varieties were offered. i really didn't expect that from this hotel. fresh juice was everywhere even the snacks on the beach were very good! mr hany geaorge was responsible for food and beverage. he is a professional in everything, he came to us many times and helped us.
the minibar in the room was basic, just soft drinks and water, no alcohol.

repetitive food low-quality drinks
The room was kept clean with fresh towels every day. This aspect met my basic expectations.
the buffet food became repetitive after five days, so i began to find it uninspired. the all-inclusive drinks were of noticeably low quality, and better brands required extra payment (a bit annoying, honestly). the nine-hole pitch and putt course had a strange policy, only one free play per room, then it required payment. (it was always empty anyway).

clean beaches professional staff limited choice dated rooms
The location is very good. I found the rooms to be tastefully furnished and very clean. The private beaches are clean. I appreciated the entertainment with live music every night.
The room was not quite what I expected. It felt a little dated. The lack of choice for children at meal times was noticeable. It might not be ideal for picky eaters.

the hotel arranged linked rooms. this made it easy for us to access each other as a family. the restaurant offered a fantastic variety of food for breakfast and dinner. there were delicious options
the minibar in the room was very basic. it only included soft drinks and water. no alcohol was available.

the grounds were well kept. the landscaping looked immaculate.
I experienced a significant issue. the food quality was poor. i was expecting a higher standard of cuisine for a hotel of this purported calibre. the dishes often lacked flavour and the presentation was subpar. additionally, i encountered some decidedly unfriendly staff members. Their demeanour detracted from the overall experience.

I enjoyed my stay in a Superior Beach Front Room for five nights The room provided an amazing view each morning The housekeeping was thorough and kept the space super clean I found the hotel staff always available, especially at the pool and beach areas The hotel included a variety of dining options.
I noticed the gym equipment requires maintenance The treadmill screens flickered and the stationary bikes needed adjustment
