the breakfast delivery each morning was convenient. it included delicious food delivered right to the room. dressing gowns and slippers were provided in the room. the rooftop offered a special view of Toji Temple pagoda at night..
the hotel is in a quieter area.. a bus line is needed to reach main parts of the city.

authentic stay with superb amenities

i found the in-room washer and dryer very useful it allowed me to pack light for my trip. the traditional japanese breakfast was a great way to start the day with beautifully presented bento boxes. the staff was helpful and always available to assist with any requests i had. i particularly appreciated the observation deck that provided sweeping panoramic views.
the walls seemed thin and i could sometimes hear noise from the hallway. it was a minor issue though.

the room included a washer and dryer. this was quite useful . the staff were lovely. they were very attentive to my requests.
the walls seemed thin. street noise was audible inside the room. the location was a bit far from key attractions. it required some travel time.
