building design friendly staff gorgeous bonsai marks on wall dark bathroom mirror standard room
the design of the building IS fantastic. bonsai was gorgeous. the staff are friendly and cute.
standard room ISN'T so aesthetic. i saw marks on the wall. bathroom mirror was too dark to do makeup.

design over function, style shortcomings
inadequate heater difficult tap
the design seemed to prioritize aesthetics over practical needs. the bathroom lacked adequate heating. taking a shower was quite uncomfortable in the cooler temperatures. despite requesting assistance, the standalone heater felt inadequate. the basin tap design also made it difficult to use the sink effectively.

really good comfort generous breakfast good touch
My room featured a Bang & Olufsen speaker, what was a good touch. The bed provided really good comfort. Breakfast was delivered to my room and it was very generous.
I found that the lighting system could be more intuitive.

The room provides two choices of slippers with comfort in mind. There are juice, water, and soda in the fridge and these are replenished each day. A Dyson hairdryer is included and this adds a luxury touch to the amenities.
