central location and big room
larger room multi charger extra pillows
this hotel was good. my room was much larger than i expected. it was really clean. the multi charger was useful since my converter wasnt working. the location is central and close to many places. we also got new bottles of water daily and the extra pillows helped.
the breakfast was poor. it had few choices for western tourist.

great location shopping option complimentary drink breakfast choice fresh fruit limited selection
The location is great. It is in the heart of the city. I found several eating and shopping options just outside the door. The hotel provides complimentary drinks between 3 pm to 9 pm. Juice, tea, coffee and water were available.
The breakfast had few choices for western tourists. I stayed here for a few nights. There was an issue every morning with the breakfast. The fresh fruit was not always available and the staff didn't replenish it quickly.

movable tv comfortable bed excellent soundproofing
The room included multiple chairs, convenient. A LARGE movable tv allowed us to watch Netflix easily. Beds and pillows were a good size and very comfortable. I found the soundproofing excellent. I could not hear any traffic.
The breakfast reception staff could have been a LITTLE more friendly.

mixed feelings about my stay
tea absence central climate
I found a few things disappointing. the lack of tea or coffee facilities in the room surprised me. i also had to request bathroom amenities from the front desk, they were not readily available in the room. the central climate control was also an issue. The temperature felt too cold, prompting complaints from other guests and me. IT just was like the hotel was cutting costs.

convenient location quick check-in luggage storage
The hotel's location allowed easy access to various shops, restaurants, and convenient bus stops. Check-in and check-out were quick, and luggage storage was available. The hotel is very close to the popular Nishiki Market.
I noticed that some of the furniture in the room seemed a bit older and could use some updating.

The staff was cute upon arrival, and the team efficiently managed a request I had. The staff found an item I left behind and promptly mailed it to my next destination, showcasing their care.
