movable tvcomfortable bedexcellent soundproofing
The room included multiple chairs, convenient. A LARGE movable tv allowed us to watch Netflix easily. Beds and pillows were a good size and very comfortable. I found the soundproofing excellent. I could not hear any traffic.
The breakfast reception staff could have been a LITTLE more friendly.

mixed feelings about my stay
tea absencecentral climate
I found a few things disappointing. the lack of tea or coffee facilities in the room surprised me. i also had to request bathroom amenities from the front desk, they were not readily available in the room. the central climate control was also an issue. The temperature felt too cold, prompting complaints from other guests and me. IT just was like the hotel was cutting costs.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to various shops, restaurants, and convenient bus stops. Check-in and check-out were quick, and luggage storage was available. The hotel is very close to the popular Nishiki Market.
I noticed that some of the furniture in the room seemed a bit older and could use some updating.

The staff was cute upon arrival, and the team efficiently managed a request I had. The staff found an item I left behind and promptly mailed it to my next destination, showcasing their care.
