A Romantic Getaway
friendly staff swim-up room private loungers
I found this hotel to be very captivating. The staff was wonderfully friendly. We enjoyed the swim-up room. It gave us great pool access. I especially loved we had our own loungers. I did not have to battle with reserving them.
I felt the gym could be a little better. It lacked air-conditioning. It was small, and you need to book it. There was limited equipment.

Breakfast was good with sufficient options. The lunch and dinner buffets offer very nice food each nights. There was a variety of meats and vegetables available, with a mix of themed options like asian and mexican.

I found the staff friendly. The staff would come around and take your next drink order during the evenings at the bar. It's something you would not expect from an all-inclusive resort, and is quite appreciable.

The hotel's views are fine. Surrounding areas make this hotel a perfect choice. A sunset trip to Kia is a must as is a boat trip to the blue lagoon, so tender.

Our room was spacious and had great access to the pool. I especially appreciated our own loungers. The room was very clean. This makes this hotel a lovely option to have a great time.

fantastic hotel stay
pleasant surprise private pool clean room big wedding
we received an upgrade because we were part of a big wedding group, it was a pleasant surprise. the room were very clean, well decorated, and had a private pool i enjoyed. the staff quickly cleared and remade tables, i thought this was nice.
the beach had some cigarette butts and seaweed, this i found noticeable. also, to get a good drink, i had to wait.

a lovely lady welcomed us at the entrance of the hotel. check in included a clear explanation of the room cards, food times, and pool towels. staff are very friendly and accomodating.

the hotel is set up spaciously with different areas separated by grass and palm trees. there are adult only areas. it is conveniently near to shops and the beach.

a fairly average experience
joke food miserable staff
the hotel grounds were pretty alright, i guess. the plants looked alive. i dont know, it was green.
oh boy, where do i start? the food was a complete joke. it tasted like they found it in a dumpster and warmed it up. also, the staff acted like i owed them money, and they are never smiling. i swear, they looked like they were forced to work there against their will.
