strange odorineffective air conditioning
my room, a suite city view, felt smaller than expected. the bathroom had a strange odor that lingered throughout my stay. also, the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat. i found it a bit disappointing.

the hotel's location is great. many landmarks are about 20 minutes' walk. i found the staff friendly, and my room had plenty of amenities. i would stay here again.
the room was older than the photos. i noticed yellow stains on the bed quilt. the bathroom had an odor, and the shower wasn't completely clean.

i found the location excellent for sightseeing. i easily walked to major attractions. my room included a free minibar and that had a lot of drinks and snacks, this was the first time i saw it in europe. they provided airport transfer for 60 euro and a gentleman was waiting for me with my name after baggage claim.
the air conditioner didn't work well so my room was constantly hot.

the hotel has perfect location. the colosseum, trevi fountain, pantheon and vatican were within walking distance. a convenient store called tigre provides food supplies nearby. i found the area great for exploring.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, nothing reminded me of too much trouble. they communicated easily on whatsapp, this was handy when traveling. the receptionist giorgia always smiled and was very accommodating.

The location was amazing, a very short walk to major attractions!!! the staff provided really good service. Giorgia was especially helpful and always greeted us with a smile. our room had thoughtful extras, i particularly appreciated the welcome bottle of prosecco and chocolates. the cleanliness of the room also stood out.
the small window in our room offered a limited view and not much natural light, slightly disappointing.
