The room had good lighting and the bed plus pillows were of good quality. A 7-Eleven was located across the street (very convenient for snacks!). The button near the door to request room cleaning worked well.
Staff seemed to have difficulty with English. This made getting information a bit challenging. The hotel room service menu said it was available until 10 PM, but I was not served at 8 PM. There were no amenities such as toothbrushes provided.

The hotel staff proved friendly and helpful . My room included two complimentary soft drinks upon arrival (a nice touch after a long journey!). I found the provided air purifier useful in maintaining fresh air quality.
The gym hours were limited. It opened at noon.

The hotel boasts a central location and is conveniently close to the Wangfujing shopping area. several attractions are within reasonable distance, awesome for efficient sightseeing. The proximity to public transport makes exploring easy.

The front desk staff provided helpful assistance with directions and recommendations. The room service was quick and efficient when I ordered a late-night snack (they promptly brought it up). Staff resolved a minor billing issue, demonstrating responsiveness.

the staff, weiwei zhang and xiaoyang zhang, were very helpful. they proactively offered an extra bed for my family. the location is perfect for visiting the forbidden city. also, a mall with direct subway access is next door.
