Really good Experience at Elegant Hotel
convenient access lovely structure efficient staff
The location offers convenient access to attractions. The building presents structure that I found very lovely. The front desk staff answered my questions efficiently. Housekeeping teams responded quickly when I asked for extra towels.
The air conditioning was substandard. I could hear cars honking at night.

mostly satisfactory stay
central location spacious room shower bathtub poor lighting outdated electrics internet issue
the hotel had a great location near a metro station. convenience stores and food were also nearby. the room was spacious enough for my needs. it included a nice combination of a shower and a bathtub.
the internet didn't work for two days. the electrics seemed outdated. the lighting in the bedrooms was poor, which i found inconvenient.

Underwhelming stay due to air conditioning and noise
poor air conditioning sleepless night
The location was acceptable for getting around the city.
This was my second stay, but this time I was disappointed with the air conditioning. The room did not get cool enough even after adjusting it. It broke down one night, so I had to sleep with the window open. The traffic outside did not allow me to have a good night's sleep.

fantastic rooms and great service
helpful staff indoor pool stationary bikes gym treadmills
I found my stay quite charming. the staff was helpful (especially when i needed directions). the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i also appreciated the indoor pool. It had a bar inside, a nice touch.
The air conditioning in my room wasn't as cold as i prefer. It was a minor inconvenience.

The room was spacious, with a separate shower and bathtub. These offered both convenience and relaxation. beds were comfortable and quite large, allowing plenty of space for restful sleep. daily housekeeping ensured a consistently tidy and cute environment.

Our suite included daily housekeeping. It ensured our room remained pristine. three on-site restaurants provided abundant dining choices. the front desk team was available 24/7. They attended to every need.
