mixed feelings, i suppose
street noiseironing charge
the room wasn't as soundproof as i'd hoped. i could hear street noise at all hours, and there was some music late into the night, hardly conducive to sleep. also, i asked for an iron but apparently that's an extra charge. what kind of five-star experience nickel-and-dimes you for an iron?

the hotel has a very convenient location. the valet parking service proved useful upon arrival. the premium beautiful room provided ample space (it was like a suite!).
