this location is superb. the hotel connects directly to the nankai train station, really convenient. i liked that lots of shopping is available in the downstairs mall. dotonbori shopping street is within walking distance too.

the location was excellent with an easy transit hub below the hotel.
The hotel charged an additional fee for a small mattress on the floor for my daughter. This seemed unreasonable. i would have preferred to stay elsewhere if i had known this beforehand. this pricing reminded me of a total rip-off to me.

Really good Stay in a Prime Location

The hotel's location above Namba Station provided seamless access to transport. I found many shops and eateries within easy reach. The hotel included international staff who speak several languages. I especially appreciated the super clean room and central location. It made getting around very easy.
The air conditioning in my room did not work well. As a result, the room felt a bit warm . This issue was a minor inconvenience.
