Excellent Location and Service

The hotel's location was excellent near shops and restaurants. A subway station exists right under the hotel lobby, this was very convenient. The room looked luxurious and it felt very spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly .
The room had very few power outlets. It was difficult to charge all my devices.

The hotel has direct access to the Shinsaibashi subway station. There are also several dining options and shopping arcades located in the building's lower levels, i think this is perfect .

The hotel is across the street from Daimaru and PARCO department stores. Dotonbori is within walking distance of the premises. It is also easy to walk to Amerikamura and Kuromon Market.

The reception staff provide excellent service, they allowed early check-in. The concierge was helpful, kind and friendly. Bathroom amenities were fully stocked with men's hair products, i really liked this detail.

The hotel's location is great. It is directly connected to the metro station. Shopping malls are also easily accessible. I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The limousine bus to the airport made my travel easier.
The room's temperature control was problematic. The ventilation system did not work well. The corridors felt cooler than my room, and it was difficult to get the temperature to a comfortable level.

The hotel's location was very convenient. I accessed the train station from the bottom floor (this saved me time). The staff was friendly and courteous. They also provided laundry service.
The standard room seemed outdated. The bathroom smelled like sewage. There were very few outlets for charging devices.
