The hotel location was excellent with easy access to many attractions. staff were always friendly and helpful. I really liked that. the room was spacious and it had everything i needed. they even provided pyjamas and bath salts. That was very helpful.

The internet line was a little slow. It made working difficult. considering the room cost, the internet speed should improve.

The breakfast included both asian and western foods and it served daily from 7 am to 10 am. there are two restaurants in the hotel. They offer lunch and dinner options.

Self-check out stations allowed me to check out fast by tapping my room key. self-service luggage racks were efficient. I could quickly lock my bags. the hotel also helped with luggage transfers. This was useful.

The hotel is very close to dontobori and shinsaibashi shopping areas. They felt clean and safe. i could easily walk to many shops and restaurants. public transport was also easily accessible.

The location was GREAT. It was right at the heart of everything. The bathroom is top notch, with a separate section for shower. It is super modern and clean and spacious!!!

I had to contact reception multiple times about noise.
