I found the staff to be polite. The concierge was helpful. I appreciate the hotel's cleanliness and modern design. The proximity to the metro made getting around very EASY.
The lighting control panel near the bed lights up in blue. it IS quite bright. I had to cover this up during the night.

The room was clean. I really liked the soft-touch sliding door to the bathroom! Modern conveniences included master control of all lights right next to the bed. This worked very well. Check-in was fast, and I found the location downtown very quiet.
Rooms are good, but fairly standard for the price.

i found the location convenient, with multiple stations nearby. i also appreciated the taxi entrance at the back, it made arrivals and departures smoother. the room upgrade towards the end of my stay provided very nice city views at night. halal food options were also a short walk away, very helpful.
The bar closes fairly early, at 9:30pm. This was a little inconvenient for a nightcap.

the room design was pleasant it combined modern amenities with traditional motifs. the room lighting worked well with the colors used. the bathroom was larger than expected it included both a bathtub and a shower. the bathroom amenities also were of excellent quality.
our room had a view of another high office building. the reception staff didn't speak english well enough for a hotel of this standard.
