convenient and comfortable stay
convenient location coop supermarket extra pillows
the location proved very convenient, with the metro station just outside (making travel simple). a coop supermarket across the road offered great convenience for necessities.
the pillows were not great. i found them somewhat uncomfortable, detracting slightly from an otherwise very good night's rest.

the breakfast room offered a bright space. it has multiple food options. the windows overlook the cathedral. it made the morning routine very enjoyable. the area is well kept and clean.

Really good Location, Helpful Staff
perfect location attentive staff amazing view
The hotel's location is Really good. It's right by the metro and bus stop. The staff are attentive and friendly. I had a rooftop loft room. The room had an amazing view of the city.
the ROOM was too hot, and the ventilator wasn't enough to cool it. Air conditioning would have improved the experience. This meant I had to sleep with open windows and endure loud noises from the street throughout the night.

mixed stay. noisy and lacking a/c.
lack of air conditioning significant street noise
the location was conveniently situated near shopping areas and local restaurants.
The lack of air conditioning was really tough. the room became excessively hot, and the provided ventilator did little to alleviate the discomfort. sleeping with the windows open became necessary because of this. it introduced significant noise from the bustling street below and that disturbed my sleep.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues
lack of air conditioning uncomfortable pillow
The hotel provided free public transport passes upon arrival which was convenient for getting around.
My room lacked air conditioning so I found the temperature very uncomfortable despite a fan. The noise from the busy street made sleeping difficult because I had to open the window to try and cool down the room. The pillows provided were also not very comfortable impacting my overall rest.

excellent location easy access great perk
the location was excellent, situated near public transportation. i found the proximity to the metro station especially helpful for easy city access. the complimentary transit pass was a great perk, it saved money and time on local travel.
street noise was noticeable at times, so light sleepers might want earplugs.

My room included extra pillows. That allowed for better sleep. the cleanliness in the room was also excellent. I was very satisfied. the room had modern decor. It felt fresh and updated throughout my stay.
