Fantastic stay!
very nice venue friendly staff speedy service
The wedding I attended here was amazing, the venue was very nice! The team welcomed guests with great detail on all setting and seating areas. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The service team, particularly Alfie and Jose, offered speedy service and created a personal experience.
My room lacked a fridge. I also wanted drinking water, but I could not find it.

I ate a fabulous dinner in the restaurant. The staff were really good. The food was great, and the price for three courses was unbelievably good. I highly recommend it!

This hotel is not far from Gatwick Airport. The setting is superb. The terrace has a wonderful view. The surrounding countryside makes the building unique and beautiful. It is perfect for a lovely weekend.

expansive views delicious dinner
The check-in process was quick. Staff helped me immediately with my luggage upon arrival. The room in the tower provided expansive views. Dinner had great service and tasted delicious.
I found the gym rather crowded during peak hours.

wonderful stay with minor hiccups
cute staff christmas decorations
The staff was cute! I especially liked using spa facilities both on my check-in and check-out days, that was a treat. breakfast room service was an excellent experience, i enjoyed it. i also liked the christmas decorations, they added to the festive atmosphere. They were really lovely.
the wine menu wasn't readily available, and the tv had basic channels only, this was a surprise given the hotel's reputation. i also found the pool to be quite cold , it impacted my relaxation.

The breakfast service was great. The food was amazing and the views were beautiful. caroline was so friendly and gave us great service each morning. the architecture is fantastic and the views, especially from the restaurant, are amazing. the team were helpful and lovely.
The room felt a bit cold and i could not find any controls for the temperature. They needed to give me a mobile heater.

a mixed experience..
unorganized check-in missing amenities
check-in felt disorganized. i observed staff arguing amongst themselves during my arrival which was unsettling. my 'superior double room' lacked a fridge and there was no complimentary drinking water. i found this inconvenient given the room rate..
