high noise level poor cleanliness
The bathroom was large and well-equipped. This met my basic needs.
The noise level was unacceptable. i was consistently awakened by loud conversations in adjacent rooms, doors slamming, and kitchen noises at early hours. the rooms also lacked cleanliness. This contributed to a very restless stay.

the location was amazing, close to everything i needed. the apartment was quite spacious. the breakfast buffet was very handy. the staff members were very helpful and friendly. they always greeted me with a smile.
the apartment could have used a bit more light. it was sometimes a little dim inside.

i found the location very convenient, near the town center. a supermarket was just across the street, very handy for groceries. the apartment provided was spacious and quite well-equipped. the bed, though firm, assured good sleep.
the room cleaning was inconsistent. i noticed some stains on the walls, likely from previous guests though nothing terrible.

The staff were very attentive to my needs . i noticed they made good effort to address client requests. overall, the service was prompt and efficient. Though there were some minor inconsistencies.

charming stay
helpful staff chocolate shop convenient lift
the location near a lovely park made exploring easy i found the price fair for this older hotel. the front desk staff was always available and helpful i noticed a chocolate shop connected to the lobby. a lift accessed all floors directly from the parking garage which was so useful.
the apartment felt slightly cold and damp during my december visit i did receive heaters, but it wasn't the perfect solution.

i enjoyed breakfast with yogurt, omelets, and fresh pancakes there was also cheese, ham, fresh fruit, and various beverages available. this diverse selection made for a satisfying start to the day.

the staff was consistently polite and helpful they facilitated an earlier check-in for me and also stored my luggage after i checked out i really appreciated their flexibility and assistance. they were so accommodating.

my studio had a well-equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher many towels were in the bathroom alongside liquid soap. a balcony provided views of the surrounding area i found it very practical.
