the staff were very friendly, and the location was gorgeous.
I was disappointed because there were no tissues or body lotion in the bathroom. There wasn't even any soap, the towels felt rather cheap too.

lovely vineyard stay

friendly staffclean roomhelpful waitressmuddy car park
The staff members were friendly. the room was clean. i enjoyed the complimentary wine upon arrival. breakfast included pastries and cooked-to-order options. The waitresses were helpful and kind.
i had difficulty finding my way around to the hotel because i arrived in the dark. more signs with lights would be helpful. the car park was muddy, and there was a huge puddle at the top of the pedestrian steps.

Wonderful wine stay!

comfortable roomvineyard walkpolite stafflimited choice
I found a spacious and comfortable room. The location was great, I took a lovely walk through the vineyard. The staff was really polite and helpful . It was an amazing experience and I am thankful.
The evening meal menus had limited choices. A few more options would improve the dining experience . This should be taken into account for further opportunities, I hope it is fixed.

the rooms are designed well, so the lighting makes them feel bigger. the furniture seemed comfortable. the breakfast was good in the restaurant overlooking the vineyard.
The car park and access road were in poor condition. the bedside table needed cleaning. The soap dispenser did not work properly.

the room was big and comfortable. it was well presented with good flavorsome coffee pods. i found the staff interaction very good (they were helpful and polite).
the carpet up to the rooms had dried mud all over it. it was still there the following morning. i found the rooms a disappointment and not fitting for the price point. my first room had mould around the window and in the corner.

The room was not serviced at all after check-in. There was no replenishment of tea, coffee, or milk for the second night. I am not sure the towels were clean since one hand towel had makeup on it when I arrived?
