impressed with Sandman's facilities
clean presentationwarm poolsteam room
the hotel is presented nicely, appearing nice and neat throughout. i found both the bar and restaurant to be well kept. the warm pool and steam room were lovely (a real bonus!).
the air conditioning was a little loud, usable only in short bursts. it made sleeping with it on a challenge for me.

the hotel features a lovely warm, heated swimming pool that is great for relaxation. a well kept steam room is also available . i saw that the fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

the bar offers a selection of light meals and snacks in a casual setting. the restaurant has a menu with both international and local dishes. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options each morning.

the hotel is not far from a train station, offering good connections. a tesco extra supermarket is a short walk away for essential needs. gatwick airport is accessible via a short taxi ride.

Our room was spacious and clean. The reception staff helped get our rooms close together. We were within one room of each other. I will certainly book here again when my flights are from this airport.
The bathroom lights flickered a lot. The faucet leaked water onto the counter. I also found the microwave had old food stains, so I didn't use it.
