adequate stay near the bay
really good location great shops clean rooms fresh rooms restaurant menu good options small elevators tiny elevators parking lot noisy machinery building machinery loud machinery
the hotel boasts an really good location close to many shops. the rooms were clean and fresh (i was glad!). the restaurant menu offered good options, and the staff seemed helpful enough.
the elevators were small. rooms overlook a parking lot i did not like. machinery from the building next door created noise at times.

beachside location attentive staff convenient parking
i enjoyed the hotel's proximity to stanley park. i walked there each morning. the hotel offered convenient underground parking for $25 daily. i found this helpful given the limited street parking.
the elevator was quite small and could be a tight fit especially when multiple guests were using it.

the hotel features a restaurant and a cocktail lounge that provides warmth. it also offers views of the bay and its lovely setting. underground parking is available at a daily rate.

classic charm near english bay
easy walk helpful staff
I appreciated how close this hotel was to the waterfront. It made morning walks very easy. the room i stayed in had a separate kitchen area with a table, useful for quick meals. i also found the front desk staff to be quite helpful .
My main issue was the noticeable smell in the room, it was quite distracting. the decor in the room felt very dated. Some updates would really improve the experience.

My room included two queen beds, providing ample space. the room had a view of the surrounding neighborhood. Though the street noise was noticeable at times i found the bed to be really comfortable though it creaked a lot when i moved

The restaurant had prompt service, which i appreciated when ordering breakfast. i found that it made getting ready for the day quite efficient and quick. The menu offered a reasonable selection of both local and international cuisine.

the hotel's location allows easy access to the beach and stanley park. i parked the car and i could get around on foot or public transportation. there were many amenities on denman street only a quick walk away!
