classic charm near english bay
easy walkhelpful staffdated decor
I appreciated how close this hotel was to the waterfront. It made morning walks very easy. the room i stayed in had a separate kitchen area with a table, useful for quick meals. i also found the front desk staff to be quite helpful .
My main issue was the noticeable smell in the room, it was quite distracting. the decor in the room felt very dated. Some updates would really improve the experience.

My room included two queen beds, providing ample space. the room had a view of the surrounding neighborhood. Though the street noise was noticeable at times i found the bed to be really comfortable though it creaked a lot when i moved

The restaurant had prompt service, which i appreciated when ordering breakfast. i found that it made getting ready for the day quite efficient and quick. The menu offered a reasonable selection of both local and international cuisine.

the hotel's location allows easy access to the beach and stanley park. i parked the car and i could get around on foot or public transportation. there were many amenities on denman street only a quick walk away!
