enjoyable stay

the check-in was easy, and the room was great. the location was close to restaurants, and downtown was accessible. the hotel restaurant was convenient, and the hotel was clean. i would stay here again because of the efficient service and convenient location. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to the cruise port, and i appreciated that very much. kiti at the front desk greeted me and he. he suggest tours and dining, and convince me to use the shuttle rather than a taxi. i felt gratitude for their helpfulness. i find the breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful and very nice. the secured parking under the building gave me peace of mind. this aspect alone improved my stay considerably. the rooms have newly design and new furnishings. the privacy was perfect and the staff was very diligent. i appreciated their kindness and the cute attitude. i will recommend this place.
the water pressure wasn't amazing. rooms do get some traffic noise sometimes.

Kiti at the front desk was very cute. he addressed questions i had. wagner helped order a cab for my departure. This was a wonderful way to leave. beds and pillows were amazing
the rooftop bar was closed early. i got different stories from staff. it was not pleasant and no apologies were made.

the air conditioning did not worked in my room. i had to switch rooms. this was inconvenient. i think the hotel is dated and needs updating.

The front desk provides adapters for outlets. The bed was comfortable enough. valet service was available and a nice option. The window opened a little bit, which brought in fresh air. IT made for a nice sleep.
Showerhead seemed to need an UPGRADE.

The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. The concierge offered bottles of water upon our return from exploring Stanley Park. He gave tips on places to go. It was thoughtful.

The location is great for accessing many attractions. It's just a short walk to the water. One can walk the seawall or take a water taxi to Granville Island. It is very convenient.
