Pleasant accommodations
valet parking fast check-in polite staff noisy air conditioning loud fridge noise issue
The hotel offered valet parking, and the check-in was notably fast. I thought that the staff were very polite. Aromatherapy was even offered for the room.
The air conditioning made a good deal of noise. I think this should be addressed. The fridge also seemed to be very loud.

cramped room uncomfortable beds
the staff were friendly.
The room did not match the price. It felt cramped and lacked a bath. the beds were not very comfortable, and the towels and linens felt old and scratchy. one blanket had hairs on it.

the hotel's location proved quite convenient. it allowed easy access to various restaurants and key landmarks throughout the area. parking on-site was also straightforward and secure. the room itself was clean and had ample space.
the bed in our room had an evident sag in the middle. this made sleeping uncomfortable. i also noticed a coffee-like smell, later finding a stain on the bedding. the pillows were plentiful but felt too firm.

secure parking city center hot gym stuffy rooms
The location is good It is near the stadium and has easy access to the city center. On-site secure parking is very convenient. The room was large and included everything that I needed including coffee.
The gym was hot and did not provide water. The rooms were stuffy and modestly appointed. I think a water dispenser would improve the gym a lot.

constant noise noisy fridge
the location was good and offered easy access to the main shopping district.
i requested a quiet room but was placed next to the lift and it was very noisy. the air conditioning unit and the fridge also made a lot of noise at night. it impacted my sleep quality.

The hotel staff seemed inflexible. The room felt dark. It looked out onto a side street so a balcony was pointless. The pool was like a bathtub.

ideal location clean room nespresso machine
the location is ideal i found it near everything i needed the room was big enough and very clean with modern touches it was great for a short stay i will say the provided nespresso machine with three coffee options was a highlight.
the air conditioning unit was slightly noisy.
