comfortable bed indian meals chilly pool early turndown
Our room had a comfortable bed. The breakfast had many Indian meal options, which I appreciated (I follow Hindu dietary restrictions).
The pool seemed a bit chilly some days.

slow breakfast faulty keys
The breakfast service felt really slow. one morning, i waited quite a while for my order and it never arrived. I ended up leaving without it. we also had issues with our room keys several times. we had to go back to reception frequently to get them updated, it was a bit inconvenient.

inconsistent cleaning delayed room
The breakfast selection was acceptable. It had various options.
The room cleaning was inconsistent. Something was not done daily. i waited until after 4pm for my room. The hotel stated rooms were ready by 3pm.

slow breakfast faulty key card
I must say, my stay had a couple of hiccups. The breakfast service was slow. I waited an eternity for my order one morning and just gave up. I had problems with the room key multiple times. It required constant trips back to reception for updates. Seriously?
