My room was large. It had a very nice bathroom with both a tub and a shower. There was a lovely terrace where I could sit. I read using this terrace.
My room smelled a little wet. There was also a mold smell. The room was not properly dark for sleeping. There was no noise insulation in my room EITHER.

Serene and Beautiful

The villas are cozy. The garden and pool area are beautiful. It was nice to relax there. Breakfast had many delicious options to choose from. I really enjoyed the local dishes at the hotel restaurant. Free bikes are available for exploring the surrounding area.
The villas soundproofing was bad. I could hear ducks constantly. It was especially bad at night. The noise made it hard for me to sleep. I had to play music to drown out the sound.

The breakfast was amazing and offered many options. I tried the restaurant for dinner, and it serves local dishes. I really enjoyed eating the Vietnamese cuisine here, it was authentic and delicious.

My Premium Tonkin Garden Bungalow featured a lovely patio beside the water. Mosquito nets were provided each night (though I did not see any mosquitoes ). I appreciated the free bicycles to explore the surrounding area. The quiet roads and paths among the rice fields are suitable for relaxed bike rides and temple visits.
The in-room safe was located on the floor, requiring me to kneel to access it.

The staff helped to organize local tours and transfers. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The team provided prompt responses to requests and demonstrated genuine care for guest satisfaction.

Really good Stay Amidst Rice Fields

The room provided a very comfortable king bed with crisp, clean linens. A Virtuoso Japanese toilet suite was included in the spacious bathroom. The breakfast buffet at Citronella restaurant offered eggs cooked to order. I found the staff to be very gracious. They were proficient and helpful.

The hotel offered bikes for exploring the area at no extra charge. Bich Dong Pagoda was a scenic bike ride from the hotel. The ride into town was also easy, it was an added bonus.

The resort had pathways through flowering gardens and fruit trees. I enjoyed the spa treatments. They were fabulous. There was a yoga session by the pool, so I took advantage of the opportunity.

the bathroom lighting proved unsatisfactory. shaving was difficult due to insufficient illumination. the food prices seemed high, especially compared to other establishments i visited in vietnam. i felt this aspect of the hotel need adjustment.
