redundant formbuzzing sound
The welcome email promised a streamlined check-in. It asked me to fill out the form online. Upon arrival, I had to sign the exact same form, redundant. I was on the top floor and it had no air conditioning, made for an uncomfortable night. There was also an annoying buzzing sound all night which I reported to reception, but there was no action to fix it.

The hotel's location provided convenient access to local attractions. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful (especially when i inquired about local transportation). My room included a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast had a good selection of items.
