Mixed feelings about this hotel

The location directly on the beach was convenient.
I was disappointed with the noise levels. Music from a nearby bar played loudly until midnight. a tuk-tuk driver outside seemed to bully Uber drivers, and the hotel staff did not intervene.

The breakfast was tasty. It included hot options, a bread basket, fresh fruit, and fruit juices. I liked that I could use the pool at a sister hotel nearby. The restaurant served tasty food on the beach.
My room faced the street. I heard tuk-tuks passing by and dogs barking all night. I found a cockroach in the bathroom shortly after arrival. The hotel staff said this is normal here.

The location was indeed right on the beach. A major plus.
The music was loud, a party continued till 2 a.m. starting from 7 a.m., the staff started very loud conversations with each other. i was hoping for a quiet place, but it was definitely not it. also, the sun-beds looked dirty. It's time to change the towels.
