pleasing viewspacious roomattentive staff

i found the lagoon view quite pleasing. the room was spacious and well-kept . the staff was attentive, and i had no issues with cleanliness.

the breakfast variety was somewhat limited, though the quality was acceptable.

The health club offered access to a pool, a sauna, and a steam room. these facilities were clean. The pool area had a sufficient number of loungers available throughout the day.

the hotel location faces the lagoon and is great. the rooms are spacious and clean. beds are comfortable.

The toilet tab was broken. i requested maintenance for three days, with no response. I could not use it. a cockroach jumped into my plate at the restaurant in the croissant section. it went to the ground, and the receptionist stepped on it and ignored it. i felt that hygiene in the restaurant was very bad.
