the staff at reception were helpful enough (i guess that's something).
The room i got felt old and worn. The bathroom smelled like a sewer. it definitely wasn't worth what i paid, especially with so many options around.

the front desk manager gave a warm, professional welcome. It made check-in smooth. i loved the dining experience. (especially breakfast!) everything from breakfast to dinner tasted delicious and had great quality. the hotel staff accommodated my requests for room changes promptly, really nice.
The gym had just one treadmill. It was a bit of a wait to use it.

I received an upgrade to a Skyline room. Balcony access offered full views. The room also included a huge bathtub. Breakfast featured many options and the staff was very attentive to ensure all needs were met. I received fresh fruits as a welcome amenity.
The television had a weak signal, but that was easily overlooked.

The fitness center had updated equipment. It features three treadmills and several weight machines. The spa provided a quiet space for relaxation. I also noticed a well-kept pool with plenty of lounge chairs.

my skyline economy room included a balcony. i enjoyed the skyline view of the city from there. the bathtub was huge, a feature i definitely used. the breakfast had great variety.
the tv was quite old and the signal often was bad. it made watching anything frustrating.

I found several issues that detracted from my stay. the inadequate lift service with only two lifts for numerous floors caused considerable delays. also, the breakfast choices were limited and not to my taste. The focus on indian dishes was restrictive.
