friendly staff interesting menu charming maitre
the staff were very friendly and efficient i felt very welcomed upon arrival. the hotel food had an interesting menu with delicious food. the maitre d'hotel was charming i appreciated the chat.
the hotel does not have a lift and this made access with luggage difficult

helpful staff short walk malfunctioning toilet noisy room
the staff was helpful , especially with driving me to my car with luggage since parking was a short walk away.
the toilet system did not function correctly. the room faced garbage receptacles and was noisy. there was no way to drop off bags at the hotel entrance.

friendly staff efficient staff delicious menu uncomfortable pillows unpleasant smell shower gel
The staff were friendly. They were efficient when serving afternoon tea and cocktails. The unusual whisky based drink advice was appreciated. Dinner had a delicious menu. I ate there two nights.
The pillows were not very comfortable. A smell was unpleasant. A hair was stuck under the label of the shower gel bottle.
