charming suite, excellent stay
early arrival refreshments surprise fabulous location
the staff accommodated my early arrival! the candy and refreshments in the room were a perfect surprise. i found the location fabulous and very convenient.
The soundproofing between rooms was not perfect. I could hear some conversations from adjacent rooms.

The room was very clean and the location was central. It was easy to get around!
I booked a room, but the noise was a problem. My room faced the street and lacked double glazing. I could hear people walking past at all hours. It was like they were in my room.

complimentary treats convenient location comfy bed
The location was very convenient for exploring. The minibar was stocked with complimentary treats, something I definitely appreciated. I found the bed very comfy and enjoyed good rest. The room was super clean upon arrival and I was grateful.
The room faced the street. It got noisy at times due to the lack of adequate soundproofing.

modern room complimentary snacks easy check-in
the room was modern and had many amenities. complimentary coffee, tea, water, and snacks were available (a nice touch!). the location was fantastic. check-in and check-out were easy.
The room faced the street. Some noise was noticeable, especially with people walking by.

the staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were straightforward. the manager was helpful and nice when i met him at reception. they accommodated a later check-out request without issue.
