central spot with great rooms!
perfect location chapel view hallway window
i loved that the location made it easy to walk everywhere i saw the medici chapel from my room i also saw the duomo dome from the hallway window on the second floor the library was another great spot it even has a bar inside

weak air conditioning substandard repairs
The staff were helpful. The location met my expectations.
The air conditioning was not powerful enough for the room. I found there was insufficient table space. The bathroom required maintenance. Previous repairs seemed substandard.

decent stay with minor issues
central location helpful staff undersized air conditioning small table
the central location was very convenient i could easily walk to many attractions the staff was friendly and helpful . the room was large and clean it had a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.
the air conditioning in my high ceiling room was undersized it struggled to cool the space effectively. there was only a small table in the room i could have used one or two more for my belongings.
